Questions, answered
Do I need training to use Danny CRM?
No. If you can use your phone's contacts app, you can use Danny CRM. Add a contact, tap to call or WhatsApp, and write a quick note. Most people are productive within two minutes.
How is it different from Salesforce or HubSpot?
Danny CRM does a few things very well on your phone: contacts, their full history and quick actions. There are no pipelines to configure, no dashboards to learn and no per-seat enterprise pricing.
Is my data safe?
Data is encrypted in transit and, on Pro, stored on Google Cloud, where only you can see it. Our server writes every history entry itself, so the record can't be quietly altered. We don't show ads and never sell your data.
What happens on the free plan if I lose my phone?
On the free plan, contacts are saved only on your phone, so they are lost with it. Pro backs everything up to the cloud, so you can sign in on a new phone and carry on. You can upgrade at any time and everything on your phone is backed up straight away.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
Your contacts stay on your phone, readable and usable. New changes are saved on the phone again, and your cloud backup is kept, so you can restore it on a new phone or pick up where you left off if you subscribe again.
Can I import my Excel sheet?
Excel and CSV import is coming soon. Until then you can add contacts in the app, which takes a few seconds each.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not yet. Danny CRM is available for Android on Google Play.
Can my team use it together?
Team plans are on the way. If you'd like shared contacts for your team, contact us and we'll let you know as soon as they're ready.
How much does it cost in my country?
Google Play shows the price in your local currency, including in India, the UK, the UAE, Oman and Australia. In the US, Pro is $6.99 a month or $49.99 a year, and the yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial.
