Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Vidagdhan Technologies, Bhopal, India ("we"). By using Danny CRM you agree to them and to our privacy policy. If you use Danny CRM for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.

You sign in with a Google account. Keep it secure: anything done through your account is your responsibility. You must be at least 16.

• Free holds up to 50 contacts, stored only on your phone. We don't back them up, so they are lost if you uninstall the app, sign out or lose the phone.
• Pro removes the contact limit and backs your data up to our servers.

Pro is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription through Google Play, at the price shown in Google Play for your country. It renews automatically until you cancel.

• Cancel anytime in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Pro continues until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
• Free trials, where offered, turn into a paid subscription at the end unless you cancel before then. Each Google account can use a trial once.
• Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Google may also offer refunds required by law in your country.
• Price changes are announced through Google Play before they apply to you, as Google requires.

Your contacts stay on your phone and remain readable. New changes are saved on the phone only, and you can't add contacts beyond the free limit. Your cloud backup is kept until you delete your account, so you can restore it if you subscribe again.

Your data is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide Danny CRM to you. You can delete it at any time (see how).

You agree not to:

• store data about people without a lawful reason to do so;
• use Danny CRM for spam or unwanted calls and messages, or in breach of laws such as India's TRAI rules, the US TCPA, the UK PECR or Australia's Spam Act;
• store anything illegal, or use the app to harass anyone;
• try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the security or limits of the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

We work to keep Danny CRM available and your data safe, but the app is provided "as is", without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove features; if we ever discontinue Danny CRM, we will give at least 60 days' notice so you can keep your data.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, business or data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using Danny CRM and delete your account at any time. We may end these terms if you seriously break them.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim in your own country as a consumer. Please contact us first at [email protected]; most problems can be solved quickly.

We will update the date above when these terms change, and tell you in the app or by email before important changes take effect.
